Cancellation policy / Right of return
The customer, who is a consumer, has a one month right of revocation (right of return) according to the following conditions:

The customer can revoke his contractual declaration within one month without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or if the goods have been delivered to him before the expiry of this period by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para 1 and 2 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

Products made to customer specifications (e.g. special sizes, personalization) are excluded from the revocation.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If the customer is unable to return the received performance in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, he must compensate us for the loss in value. For the deterioration of the goods and for benefits obtained, you must pay compensation only if the use or deterioration is due to handling the goods that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. By “testing the properties and functionality” we mean the testing and trying out of the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a retail shop. Costs of shipping the goods to the customer will be refunded to the customer if the customer has paid for them, in case of an effective cancellation. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros. Otherwise the return is free of charge for the customer. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
The right of revocation does not exist,
if the goods(s) are produced according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or are not suitable for return due to their nature or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded, in case of delivery of audio or video recordings or software, if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the customer, in case of delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines.
