Payment and shipping

1. payment methods
1.1 For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:
– Prepayment by bank transfer
– Paypal
– Credit card
– Cash payment on collection
1.2 For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:
– Prepayment by bank transfer
– Paypal
– Credit card
1.3 In the case of self-collection, the seller shall first inform the buyer by email that the goods ordered by him are ready for collection. After receipt of this email, the buyer can pick up the goods as agreed with the seller. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

2. delivery
2.1 Your order will be shipped by Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL or UPS
2.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, EU and World
You will find the respective shipping costs under points 2.1 and 2.2

3. shipping costs
3.1 For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 6,50 EUR per order.
From a gross order value of 150 EUR we ship carriage free.
3.2 For shipping abroad, we charge a flat rate per order for the following shipping costs:
EU 15,90 EUR, free shipping from 230 EUR
CHE/UK 18,50 EUR, free shipping from 250 EUR
World 25,00 EUR
3.3 Please note that in the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (for example in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges, for example in the form of customs duties, may be incurred which are to be borne by you.
The customer can have the German VAT of 19% refunded by us after his own export of goods deliveries to non-EU countries.
For this purpose, we require an original invoice stamped by customs by mail, with the appropriate bank details.

4. exclusions
4.1 WRONG ADDRESS:
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.
4.2 MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you. This is left to the discretion of D-Luxe Dive Gear, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund. Please contact us ASAP so we can help at info@dluxedivegear.de. Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.
4.3 IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:
We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and…
• The customer refuses to accept the package
• No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
We deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Please note that deliveries may face shipping delays during COVID-19 worldwide pandemic up to 50+ working days.
